gnic
Hi, I am playing in a English L2 level and for some reason the condition for all of the first team players are always low, after the game they go down to the 50-70 range and after 2-3 day, before the next game, they only go up back to 80-90%. Often time I have to manually rest players, which I don't see much difference. All the individual training intensity are set to low, Match Preparation intensity are being set to Very Low, and I also allow my players to rest before and after games. Is there any reason why the player condition is always low? Is it normal in a lower league or problem with my training plan? Thanks, Gnic
gnic
Can anyone give me some hints here, match fitness is killing me, setting all work loads to low does not help.
OxfordUnitedFC
I've found it can be hard to keep players fit in the lower leagues, i do believe that for some reason SI thinks that lower league players aren't very fit. If your players are only at 80/90% by the time you play your next game then they will never recover back to 100% for the following game. Ideally you need to rotate your squad enough to give them a chance to fully recover before playing again.
Gazza88
What is your player's natural fitness like? What is your general training category and intensity like? Is this since the start of the season? Have you done a proper pre season training?
