is it just me or does anyone else notice when trying to sign players does not matter what team you are or division you are in players always wants unrealistic wages for moving to your club no matter the rep

weather there sitting in the reserves rotting away for eg on newcastle save went for carroll liverpool hes on what 60k or so have a 4 mil bid accepted he wants 80kplus try'd to get him in my derby save after promotion 2nd season similar bid tho he wanted 100k like most i could offer up to 40k (just ended loaning him save the hassle )

also players from championship say there on 4kto 7k aweek if u manage to have a bid accepted majority of them want 30to 40k decent prospects like sam bryam (leeds)

try'd ben marshall (leciester) on 3k wanted 35k

more often than not its the stupid agents that scupper the dead wanting double the amount of agent fee you can afford too give

the thing that bugs me is you look for the player just to see if he has moved to someone else and he has for more realistic wages similar to what he was getting

any one else had stuff like this

I haven't had this problem. I can usually negogiate the players to a mid ground and even somtimes get them on a relativaley cheap wage. Based on your few scenarios i would expect the players to ask for higher wages. E.G Carroll would only go to a lesser club if he was paid a stupid amount. The Championship players will obviously want a higher wage for moving into the premiership if they are performing well.

as before just bugs me when they move to other clubs in same league similar rep way less wages

one good thing tottenham kept coming in for santon as he was the only one who didnt want to be taken of the transfer listed each time they kept coming in with offers like 4 mill up front then money spread over 24 months which went from a total of 20mil to 25 tho i wanted the money upfront so i just offered him for 30mil and benfice came in offering 30mil up front for a player valued around 5mil thought that was good for a defender like
