30.Beast
My Real Sociedad side have come to the end of the season, and have 4 games left to secure Champions League qualification in our first season. Quite an achievment to be where we are. Nonetheless, our ten match unbeaten run game to an end with a very bad 5-4 loss at Rayo Vallecano. That was followed by a 3-1 loss at Atletico, and two draws. We're basically getting in good positions and then conceding. Thankfully the teams below me, Malaga and Athletic, have been dropping points aswell. I'd really like to stop from falling out of the top 4 places because we've been there since January and it'd be a disaster. I don't know which approach to take - full on attack or play it safer. Any general tips?
Fabregas_04
Stick with what worked before and hope it comes good again. Start tinkering with formations and tactics and you could be in trouble with tactical familiarity problems.
SpartyOn
I'd say don't panic. You're in the top 4 with Real Sociedad, so you must be doing something right tactically. Just make sure to keep morale high and the team focused. I've been in a similar position before and a well-placed team meeting did wonders.
30.Beast
Panicking! The team have completely lost their ability to defend.
soccer.joel
Play slightly more defensive, counter or something when you are leading so you don't throw it away. Calling team meetings and using private chat to comment on their last game can also raise morale
