Nik_Dut
I think I just found a bug and maybe team at SI can reproduce this in house. So, I'm playing Udinese and deep into extra time they got their goalie (Adan) injured while they already made three substitution. So, they made their winger (Obinna) an emergency goalkeeper. Five minutes later, I see Obinna running as left midfielder, and thought,"Hey, What the heck???" After I check the opponent lineup, the goalie now is the ST name Hoessen. So, they can change goalie like that? Not only that, in the next highlight, the goalie now is Fabbrini. And lastly, just before the shootout (yeah, my team sucked, cannot win against 10 men with no real goalie ), the goalie changed again into another striker named Ibarbo!!! How's that??? Btw, their goalie really bad in shootout. That at least is realistic...

PineappleBlender
Pretty sure the official rules allow the keeper to be changed as many times as you want, providing it's done during a break in play, the referee is informed, and the keeper is clearly distinguished. It might be a bug as you wouldn't expect the AI to do that, but from what you've described it doesn't sound like it technically violates the laws of the game. Lenzar
I remember CM 01-02 doing this when West Ham had both keepers sent off against me.
OxfordUnitedFC
Although the laws state they can probably change as many times as they like they wouldn't realistically change who's in goal that many times.
Lawlore
I dunno, if it's anything like when I was playing on the playground at school, nobody wanted to go in goal, so you had to take turns.
