CesUtd
I really need help please. I asked before but no-one is helping. I am desperately trying to improve my team. My problem is 2 fold. 1 training isn't really working and 2 now my tactics are having zero effect. I was playing 4-4-2 with advanced wingers in inside forward positions. My one striker is a complete forward and the other is a target man with attack duty. My wingers are set as inside forwards with support duty. My cm s are as follows: 1 central midfielder with attack duty while the other is a ball winner with support duty. The big problem is my players will now not even score from 2 yards. I tried everything. I changed tactics to 4-5-1 which was even worse. My striker who had been scoring for fun has suddenly developed a problem in hitting the target. He has 15 for concentration, 16 for finishing, 16 for composure with 17 for speed and 17 for acceleration. He had 40 goals in 15 matches now hasn't scored in 5 matches while the teams results are getting worse and worse. Note I am not losing but rather struggling to win big in a extremely weak league where I had a typhoon take over. Opposition goalkeepers are saving everything while they need 1 shot to score. I believe its my tactics. For training I am really really battling to get Alexis Sanchez to improve, same with Eden Hazard. My strikers are having problems getting faster and improve their finishing. I also struggling with Kagawa. I am trying Cleo's Football training for Football Manager 2012 in Football Manager 2011. That helped my fullbacks, defenders and am's. Strikers isn't working and neither is wingers. Please help me.
Pakito
raver's training schedules were a good basis for fm11 i think. as for the problems, first thing, i'd say you're not creating space upfront. 2 strikers, 2 inside forwards, and a central midfielder on attack, sounds like a mess. add to that the fact that a ball winner on support likes to make runs, and it seems like your problem should be having no supply nor space to create, rather than poor finishing =/ EDIT: so yeah, i'd put the wingers in a winger role, and the central midfielder on attack in a playmaking (defend or support) role. i.e., deep lying playmaker defend + ball winner support, or advanced playmaker support + central midfielder defend. also, the complete forward on support

CesUtd
Thanks. I am trying your suggestion for tactics. Feel a bit jaded with the game. Losing money badly and trying to figure out why. I have to sell my best players to raise funds. I figure that out soon. I have a very long save that I am doing extremely well on.
