Can't stop losing, help

After my first 3 seasons it seems i know what i am doing....but season 4 is doing my head in

Season 1 as Carlisle in Division One without a hope in hell I get us promoted.

Season 2 as Palace in the Championship I take us to mid table

Season 3 as Palace in the Championship i win the league....just

Season 4 as Palace in the Premiership no matter what i do i lose

The other sides getting 70% possession if play the likes of City or Utd and i am getting murdered by 4 goals at least every time. Other wise it's 2 or 3 nil, no matter what i do i can't get morale up, team talks, thrashing teams in friendlies etc. My 3 centre midfielders are all very good all round players, high passing, first touch, creativity, tackling, work rate , etc. Left and right midfielders are Ok to good. I have a super quick forward with great shooting and off the ball. Centre backs are average, Left and right back are very young with huge potential and i have a goalkeeper who makes alot of good saves.

I play 4411 or 4141, close down, quite narrow, one defensive midfielder, one supporting the attack, the back four are all pretty defensive, man marking. At home i use shouts such as pass into space and run at defense as i have aquite a number of quick players who can dribble, away i try to keep the ball.

So can some one please tell me why we keep getting destroyed ...........basically help!
