Does it come straight out with tycoon looks to buy club or does it come up with local businessman then turn into a tycoon takeover if you know what I mean? Herbert Fandel Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 Of course sometimes numerous takeovers can arise and dissolve before you actually arrive at the successful one, so being told you have a tycoon interested in taking over means nothing until it is final. Not all tycoons flush the club with cash either.
