Arranging friendles - staff responsibilites confusion

Let's consider u18 team staff responsibiltites options.

If I cede coaching it to my Head of Youth, then on the left I have two options under Manager:

- "play matches with first team tactics" that's easy to understand, supposedly it's forcing my Head of Youth to playing with the same tactics as first team when on, leaving his hands free when off

- "arranges friendly matches" now I'm confused: just WHO will be arranging friendlies when it's on and who when it's off???

Makes me even more confused, if I decide to coach under 18 personally.

The option "arranges friendly matches" stays. Again - what is the meaning when I tick it on and what if not?

If I tick it on, then it can be understand as "manager will arrange friendlies". But hey, manager is me. If I want to manage friendles I don't need this option anyway.

If I leave it off, than it means "manager won't arrange friendlies". Okay, then who?

Also, new options subsection "Backroom staff responsibilities" appears under, with the footnote that they will be handled by my assistant man and if I don't have him then by most senior coach. While understandable, shouldn't in case of under18 my head of youth be prioritized to do this?
