One point - Multiple leagues doesn't really have an impact on the amount of players, it is just the players are more evenly spread so you get less non-playable league players and less youngsters from your default nation and other nations in sacrifice for players in mid-table Spain if you load Spain as a second nation. The reason they don't have it on Android is because the Android 3.2 OS takes up 70% of sales and that restricts processing and more leagues = more processing of teams, fixtures and competitions.
