Is there one person for each team who handles everything from attributes to finances? Have these people ever explained their decisions? Just curious. santy001 Posted July 18, 2013 Share Posted July 18, 2013 It does depend on the club and league but generally when a researcher is in charge of a club they do decide everything for that club - within reason. People can't just make a team full of CA 200 players for example, there is a hierarchy behind it all and a lot of discussion amongst researchers. On the data issues forums you will tend to find a lot of researchers can shed light on why they decided upon what they did. It is best to raise any specific issues you have with data there, and there is a more general thread listing vacancies if you're interested in helping out.
