Few questions regarding training

I'm trying to establish an optimum training regime for my players, now I have tried to find the answer to my question via some great forum posts within the community but can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for, so if anyone know the answer to the following I will be eternally grateful.

Now I understand that training can be split between general training and match training at a 50/50 ratio, what I am confused about is the time spent between the different levels of general training, eg. very low, low, average etc. and individual training.

For example purpose only say I have 50% of training time allotted to general training at a high level, I know that time spent would be on whichever training category I have chose and general positional training, now if I throw in individual training for a certain player at a high level, how would the training time be split?
