AcidBurn
I'm just wondering if any one else has noticed this, I managed to get to 2070, yes I do have too much spare time on my hands. After topping the hall of fame I decided to retire my current manager and have a new career so I added several leagues Russia, Austria, Italy, MLS, Switzerland and Holland. I added myself as manager of Anji mainly because they were rich, I was surprised to see that I got a £5 million a week wage budget and a £500 million transfer budget, their bank balance was just over £1 billion. I noticed a few other clubs were listed as rich so I added a manager and had a look at their finances and here's some teams bank balances. Anji £1 billion Rapid Vienna £249 million Basel £770 million Terek £500 million Lokomotiv Moscow £281 million PSV £385 million Krylja Soventov £210 million And the MLS is swimming in money, pity they don't abolish the wage structure! LA Galaxy £760 million Seattle £730 million Montreal Impact £540 million PHiladelphia £440 million Vancover £400 million Houston £366 million Portland £280 million San Jose £215 million Toronto £186 million There are also another two MLS sides listed as rich. I can understand if a tycoon takeover happened to all these clubs but I didn't think a side in a league not loaded could get a tycoon. It's hard to believe how rich the MLS has become, has anyone else noticed a boom in how wealthy the MLS is in their long term saves? I suppose the money could have been accumulated over the years, the MLS was active for the first 20 or so seasons in my save. Basel confuses me there's no evidence that they've constantly sold players for big money or that they have a sugar daddy so how did they get £770 million. Guest
It could be something to do with salary caps that leads to MLS sides getting more money in than they are allowed to spend on an annual basis, I've never managed an MLS side so that is a wild guess as to why they become so wealthy. On the whole the issue of extremely wealty clubs is something that I have also noticed on FM13.
AcidBurn
I'm also thinking the MLS sides have grown so rich due the the wage and transfer restrictions. It's the £770 million for Basel that confuses me most.

markyosullivan
It's the £770 million for Basel that confuses me most.Maybe cause of the low Swiss level of taxation?
