Impossible to win this game.

You might have heard all this before, but FM12 was much better than this game. I first started a game with SpvGG unterhaching, but could only win 1 game for 6 momths, so I deleted it out of frustration. My next save with 1860 was even worse, I couldnt win a single game and all were losses bar three draws. I mainly use an attacking tactic, and have counter and contain as my backup tactics. Attempts to change tactics in game lead to bigger defeats. Anything I do, DOES NOT WORK. Help me, please. I am one step away from setting fire to the pc.
