keitholi
While defending an attack, an opposing teams player got injured in front of my goal. My keeper made the deflection and it was played out of bounds resulting in a goal kick. What I saw next gave the game a new layer for me that I did not know existed. My goal keeper saw the injured opposition player and immediately kicked the ball out of bounds to the side. The player was then treated and removed and on the subsequent throw-in by the opposition, they threw it out of bounds behind the goal to give it back for the goal kick. Totally caught me by surprise at the show of sportsmanship in the game engine. Kudos!
Kristof1982
That's awesome, I didn't know that that feature existed, Kudos indeed SI
Tastudark
The throw-in sounds like a typical FM2013 throw-in rather than a display of sportmanship
wg0801
Yeah in my saved with Real Madrid, during a pre-season friendly an opponent player was lying on the ground apparently injured, Di Maria kicked the ball out to touch with no players harassing him. Not sure whether its a bug, but I'll take it as an in-game sportsmanship by Di Maria
CityAndColour
Wouldn't play just stop before the initial goal kick was taken?
LilSaint
Wouldn't play just stop before the initial goal kick was taken? My thoughts exactly. I've never seen what OP describes IRL tbf
