What is the maximum number of scouts you have had in your team? How do you request more scouts? Is there a maximum number of scouts allowed built into the game? Have you ever gotten 100% of the world scouting knowledge? Tell us your story of how you achieved that? If not how close are you and any tips would be great. rapax Posted August 15, 2013 Share Posted August 15, 2013 I'm playing with Atalanta and the year is 2023. I have 20 scouts and scouting knowledge is at 60%. I think it was never above that.
