TheShamanOfFm Posted October 16, 2013 Share Posted October 16, 2013 When i entered my pre order code it is coming up "Duplicate Code" i have contacted shopto and they said it is sega's problem as they get all the codes from them i then contacted sega (assuming they are closed till tomorrow" Has anyone else had this problem? smgers Posted October 16, 2013 Share Posted October 16, 2013 Yeah I've had this problem too - generated code today and is saying a duplicate code. I emailed shopto but they never got back to me. Also, as TSOF says, there is nothing for proof of purchase - once you activate code they take away the cancel pre-order option so you have to buy it. Funds won't be taken until dispatch.
