I started a game with FC Groningen, it all went to crap and I kind of ragequitted really early so I restarted as Leeds Utd. For some reason I am falling down in a deep pit of low morale and losing matches in the early season every single time. I try to adapt my tactics to the team I have, I play 4-3-2-1 (1 def. midfielder, 2 attacking wingers, 1 advanced forward). as my main tactic. But I have no clue what I'm doing wrong, maybe it's because I am used to the sliders I had in FM 12 (I did not play FM13). Also my teamspeeches don't seem to work at all, most of the times 60% of the team agrees, the 40% just doesn't seem interested and seem turned-off. Ball possession is utterly crap in my matches and don't know what to do about it. I am also not entirely sure about the team training. Maybe I'm just an awful coach.
