buff111 Posted November 1, 2013 Share Posted November 1, 2013 When I started playing, I was advised to have an U18 head coach and U18 assistant head coach. So, I placed an ad for both and received qualified applicants for the head coach position. I found one I liked and made him an offer. He accepted. As soon as he accepted, the board cancelled his hiring and stated, we didn't need anymore staff. Why then is it advised to have and head coach and assistant head coach for the U18's if they aren't going to be filled? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
