Need advice - need full new staff backroom. ManU and Barcelona saves

Hello Peeps,

Can someone please share good staff? In one of my saves as ManU, the current team seem kind of crap. I did the stupid mistake of deleting FM13 and all its save games after installing FM14, had a great backroom I tried to get in each save I played. Much help appreciated. Looking mostly for tactics, ball control and attacking+shooting. Set aside a few mil for getting my team solid, feel it has a great effect on the game.
