sriracha Posted November 3, 2013 Share Posted November 3, 2013 Howdy. Does anybody know whether that's an acknowledged bug? Increasing tactics familiarity seems to take forever. I just ran a test - new game with Bayern, only setting up one tactic, setting every matchday training to tactics only, increasing the amount of matchday training (so that 1.5 days plus matchday are marked for matchday training) and after 8 friendlies formation familiarity is 22/100 = awkward. I have another save in which I set up three tactics at the beginning, rest like above. After 11 matches preseason formation familiarity was between 9-12/100. Seems a lot slower than before. armyissue69 Posted November 3, 2013 Share Posted November 3, 2013 Hey guys, what seems to work better is, when your guys are happy, training in the tactics seems to work much faster. Its tough, cause you have to win a few matches to get them in a good mood. Basically your first season will be tough, but after your first season, your guys will trust you well if you did a decent job, your words carry more weight, and you have found the best coaches available to you.
