GC28
Might be wrong but it seems like a few years ago it was easy to pick up older players and they would demand less in wages knowing they were on the way out but it's not the case anymore, Is this what players are doing now in footballing world or has the game got it wrong? Plainlayzee
I just read somewhere that a few lower league teams are picking up the older players, which seems realistic too me. I know that the likes of Lee Cook, Ricardo Gardener and Izale Mcload (all of whom have played at higher levels) seem willing to sign for League Two teams on the guarantee of first team football which is good. I found in the past that even L1 players wouldn't drop a division unless I paid them my entire budget!
pete62
One of the players I picked up was Wilfred Bouma (exPSV and Villa) hes on 800 a week was abit surprised both at the low wage and that he would go to Soligorsk in Belorus.
