jonnyfresh Posted November 7, 2013 Share Posted November 7, 2013 is anyone else finding unrealistic demand from players in respect of unused sub / appearance bonus requested by players. i have found that a lot of my middle paid player (on less than 30k per week) are looking for 20-30k appearance bonus and 20k unused sub bonus. this is crazy, has anyone played a long term save with an idea of the bonus paid out after say 5 years. I am playing as man utd and i have had kagawa looking for 40k appearance and 35unused sub wage on top of 140k a week. this seems extreme. Is anyone else coming a cross this issue? Auqakuh Posted November 7, 2013 Share Posted November 7, 2013 Are these players set to "rotation" as squad status? Because if they are, that's why. They want to be on equal terms with first team players' wages when they are a first team player (IE starting or on the bench), while taking a pay cut when they're not involved in first team football, which is only fair if you think about it - it's a compromise. You get to pay them less when they don't play, and they take home the same (or similar) wage as the other first team players when they do. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
