Can the player specific instructions change according to the tactic used? if not, why not?

The only sections of a tactic that seem to change when you select another tactic are "Team" and "Set pieces"

"Player" stays the same regardless of changing the tactic, therefore it is impossible to change player specific instructions per tactic

Example

If I am playing with a 2 man midfield in one tactic and want deeplying playmaker (support) and ball winning midfielder.

But in my second tactic I use a DM as well and set him to ball winning instead and change the 2 central midfield roles to Deeplying playmaker and Central midfielder.

Question:

Then how do I change one of the CMs to a central midfielder role if there are specific player instructions, while still keeping ball winner for the other tactic?
