Two questions regarding fmc

1. Can I add/remove leagues during the game in fmc (e.g. At the end of the season)?

2. In fm2013, I remember that the game start with masking attributes and unlock for remove masking. Why in fm2014 this turn to the other side (start with show all attributes and unlock for masking)? Feel very odd:(

Also I don't like no contract expire for staffs and no tactics familiarity in new fmc system. Don't know why they are gone. I also wish in 'search players' we can have search by place of birth option as I always want to recruit player from local:)
