le_crab
Yes that is proper annoying. I've had it when my teams form has started to go abit sketchy and I've just wanted to give them abit of a morale boost by telling them to kick on. This would be fine on Fm13 but on 14 I get that dreaded message of no suitable reason to hold a team meeting. As you say as the manager I should be able to call ten a day if I want to. Beestonite
How about because i'm the manager and i say there should be a team meeting? Interaction is still far too basic. I held a team meeting after a blip in what otherwise was a good start to the season. I said the usual, let's keep this good form going etc. and everyone reacted really well. Then towards the end, one of my players said that another was talking utter rubbish and took away half of the good effect I had generated. The clown. Could I then go to him after the meeting to kick his ass? No. There was no way of telling him that I really didn't appreciate what he did in the meeting. Poor.
