I'm not entirely sure what you mean, if you mean you cannot click the download link on your iPad, this requires a computer to install so you should watch the video + download the file all on your PC. If you mean you are unable to download the file for your iPad, maybe it is because you do not have an account on FMHVibe? You need to register to the site to access their downloads.
