Overload: The difference between 'Take more risks' and 'Be more expressive'

Recommended Posts

The title kinda says it all here. I noticed that when Overload is selected as match strategy, the option 'Take more risks' appears in team instructions above 'Be more expressive'. I understand that be more expressive would, in the 'traditional' sense, increase the creative freedom of the players. So what does Take more risks do that makes it different and not conflict with be more expressive? And, why is it only available with an Overload strategy? Does it max out things like long shots and try through balls?

Pretty sure it maxes out creative freedom for your whole team so they don't keep shape etc and look to attack way more.

I could be wrong however.

Take more risks is actually - Sets run from deep to often for all players on a support duty. Increases through balls to often and run with the ball for all players.

Cleon are there such definitions for all Instructions somewhere? It would be very very helpful!
