Joshua Newport
get a good scout (good scouting potential ability and current ability)... and then get him to scout britain ( my board only let me go this far)... and then after go to his reports and look at the players that have lots of stars under the 'potential ability' bit. i did this at around 2011-2012... and found few players that are to be 'decent premier league players'. they may not look good at the start... but a few seasons on they are coming on well and premier league clubs are interested in him! also, you can buy these players for free.... you just make a bid of 0 and they accept. Some however you have to wait til they are in the last 6 months of contract. the best i have found is.... jonathan roberts from Bangor City bobby paterson (no club) they are only 16 atm.. and looking good

Vinsanity666
I always do the same. I do tend to go for the ones with just 1* for CA and a max of stars for PA. They're cheap
Joshua Newport
Yep same vinsanity. I also sometimes go for some which are even 5 or 6* PA... depending on whether i think they have potential personally. If they are young aswell... i look to sign them.
