Chelsea AI tactic

Does anyone know what tactic the Chelsea AI employs? They play a 4-2-3-1 formation same as me but their wide players seem to break into space so regularly where as mine are caught in possession in deep areas and rarely get to use their pace and dribbling skills. They are also able to keep tonnes of clean sheets while scoring 3+ goals per game.

I thought at first perhaps they are playing a very deep, rigid, direct counter strategy but analysing their match stats they seem to retain lots of possession and dont seem to be making lots of direct passes.

Has anyone figured out what their tactic is or alternatively, have a good tactic of their own 4-2-3-1 which scores lots of goals by creating lots of space for wide players?
