[FM 14 ] create a 442 tactic with style that is like roy hodgson for LLM

ok i am going probably to get the game tomorrow (having only played the beta at the moment) i was first looking at creating a tactic like Sweden’s in 1994 World cup (bronze we got there. Yep i am a swede )but when i was searching i found a interesting site that basically told me that Roy Hodgson is the "father" of the tactic used mostly in Swedish tactics and was quite interested ( http://www.lfchistory.net/articles/article/3081 )

i have found out a lot of good information (from these threads and the link i found ) . But is mainly out for more tips for those of you that know football more then me and this style of football that Roy use. from what i can gather from the link i found he is using

-pressure on the opponent ,

-defence pushed up the field

-zone marking

-2 teammates supporting each other in all over the field (attack support or something might depend on the position not sure :S

but other then that i am unsure should i go for short passing or longer? as i am going for LLM i might have a bit of a problem finding the right players forcing me to have a few good then the rest as "filling up for lack of a better Word.

so what i am asking for in short is a few tips for creating this kind of tactic as i normally is not that in to real Life football i don’t know that much about it either.

Hodgson's sides can mix it up quite a bit - the thing he does it gets strong pairings all over the field. FB & W, the 2 central mids etc.
