Pantelas
I notice that whenever we are on a good run, the Ass man offers some valuable info about players showing signs of overconfidence etc. My suggestion would be that this kind of feedback should be offered BEFORE I offer the pre-game team talks, so I can try and change that offering aggressive or assertive team talks, keeping them focused. It's more realistic that way as well, since the team talks - as far as I know - are offered just before the kick off, after the pregame warm up. So the Ass man is already aware of the players' motivation etc
HUNT3R
It's an issue I've raised too. I agree that it should be possible to access this information before a game.
Pantelas
on a (un)related note, it's probably been reported, a minor bug "Hugo Lloris appears to have low confidence in (%person#2-your)ability to deliver team talks
HUNT3R
You can always report it too, just to be sure. If everyone assumes it has been seen and fixed then it might not have been reported (and fixed) at all!
Pantelas
OK then you're right, I'll report it in the bugs forum. Keep up the excellent job, part of my motivation to play the game since the CM days is the great feedback in here!
