Why not publish Game Card for FMC2014 in HK?

Hi,I'm a big FM fans in HK.

You have published FMC2014 in PS store of HK.So we can purchase and download by media.

But I really want to play this game anywhere,I prefer game card than media downloading way.

Can you let me know when and whether you will publish this game's card in HK?Just like in UK or Europe market?
