Shr3kk__Wpg
I saw that FM14 was on sale over the Easter weekend and since I have not bought the game yet, I felt this was too good of a deal to pass up. I paid using my Paypal account and the payment was refunded within minutes. Anti-fraud measures. I really thought that Paypal was meant to avoid these kind of problems. So, as requested, I sent an email to customer support at the Sega online store with all kinds of details. It's been over 48 hours and no reply. The sale ends tomorrow and I cannot a valid Paypal account or a valid credit card to buy it. I know that SI and Sega are two separate companies, but I do have to buy the game through Sega if I want to take advantage of this sale. So I wanted SI to be aware of this problem, because I'm sure I am not the only one who is facing this hassle.
johnhughthom
If you can't get it sorted drop me a pm, I have a couple of 75% off Steam vouchers and I can give you one. Brings it down to £8.75, not sure what the Sega deal was. As for your issue, most of the staff are probably off for Easter.
Shr3kk__Wpg
Thank you for the offer. Out of curiosity, are a lot of businesses closed Easter Monday over in the UK? I'm in Canada and only the government and banks are closed for Easter Monday.
johnhughthom
Most businesses close Easter Monday and quite a few would have been closed today also.
Shr3kk__Wpg
Interesting. I'm still curious why Paypal would be stopped by anti-fraud measures tho.
