theis
Are we expected to take our entire allocation for the away section? As I could very feasibly get to this game and I was wondering if I'd be able to go about applying for an away ticket despite not being a member. Otherwise do you reckon it would sell out as I could go and sit in the Reading section. Would be awesome if I could get a ticket for it as my travel would be paid for as I am travelling to London that day anyway for an interview.

Nick OGS20
we'll definitely take the entire allocation i'd have thought. definite chance of it going on sale to members though i'd have thought (especially on the back of two long, expensive away trips in the previous week). gonch19
haha all you bandwagoning ***** are the same, i agree saha was pretty gash in the second half but in the first he caused them all sorts of problems and doesnt deserve the crap you lot are giving him. as ive already said countless times hes off form but you are far too quick to rubbish him. i challenge anyone to watch that first half again and tell me he wasnt one of the main threats. funny how ole's non-entity of a performance is quietly brushed over too, now that was a 'waste of space' if i ever saw one. Probably Illegal
Have to agree here, Ole was pretty much absent from the entire game. Taz & The Devil
People are going OTT on Saha at this minute. He did and does cause big problems for defenders when he plays. Probably Illegal
Yeah that 3 man break was painful, as soon as it happened I told a mate he would take it all the way and blaze it wide, and oddly enough he did. Suggestions for further stats welcome. added: Carrick goal Ronaldo assist Vidic booking appearances, time/manner of goals, w/d/l ratios, attendances, reserve and youth stuff all done not given an AFFG, largely because it looks like one monumentally bad piece of marking by the whole defence. MOTD singled out Wes for leaving Gunnarson to follow Ingamarsson but no-one seemed to be marking Ingamarsson so he was left marking two, hardly his fault. Weststandred
I think I am going to Reading for the replay now, I asked my dad and he says I can go if I can get a ticket, pay for the ticket and convince my mum of letting me have half a day off school. My mum says I can, I have the money for the ticket, its just getting one now. (which I should do tbh)
mark g
Don't get the Saha hate at all. He wasn't brilliant or MOTM, but he did alright. He was generally making the right runs for when you're up against three at the back (a point that doesn't seem to have been mentioned when analysing the contribution of the forwards), which is down the outside of the trio, and his movement overall was good. He looks rusty, but he's been out for a while and needs games. I also didn't have a problem with his decision to shoot late on. He could see most of the goal, and as he went across the keeper there would also have been a good chance of scoring from a save. He just made a mess of the shot. He's a centreforward who has the ability to score from there, and they need a bit of greed. It also showed at least he had the confidence in his ability, which is a good sign. While he had support, Larsson was marked in the middle, and Ronaldo was just as wide of the goal as Saha, but on the other side. I'd also say given that his shooting is better than his passing, i'd have backed him to score more times than make the pass anyway. Sure he ****ed up the shot, you can criticise him for that, but i felt the decision was the right on, it was the execution that let him down.
Nick OGS20
Larsson wasn't marked if he passes early. only by the time he's been forced wide and has clearly made his mind up is Larsson marked. frankly i'd query the 'has the ability to score from there' part too, he's possibly the worst striker i've ever seen when clean through on goal with time to think and i had no confidence whatsoever in him tucking that away, especially on his right foot. i stand by everything i've said about him. lazy, moody, mentally fragile, needs a slap. he's a passenger atm

something less annoying
He's definitely looked far too lazy recently.
Coldberg
He was clean through. He is left footed. I know that, you know that, he knows that. Hell the entire sTretty knows that yet for some reason instead of moving more central to get himself into a position to shoot on his left foot he took it slightly to thr right & had a shot with his quite frankly **** poor right foot. The guy is abysmal at one on ones. I don't hate him or anything & he is a very good striker but he just baffles me sometimes.
