Filke Posted May 4, 2014 Share Posted May 4, 2014 How come none of my players want to become staff after retirement, when I go to talk to them 'suggest future staff role' is greyed out on all players. A lot of mine say 'this player doesn't want to become a non-player', which I'm assuming means he either just isn't interested or has no plans to retire just yet.
