Countering The Opponent-Tactical Approach

I want to know how everyone has their way to approach the opponent.Since everyone has their own style of play and everything,I wanted to know how would you tackle a team if it plays Passing game and is adventurous and Worst attribute is something like Average Height then what would you do ?.. basically like this.

For eg.

If a team plays possession play and is attacking i choose to go with two dms and a cm with midfielders in the middle having great Anticipation and tackling and Pacy wingers.

Basically i want to know How everyone finds a way to tackle each style of opponents.
