Having just bought a new laptop I have downloaded fm 14 on steam. ive downloaded a new skin but when I try and play the game the screen goes blank with just parts of the script showing. michaeltmurrayuk Posted July 2, 2014 Share Posted July 2, 2014 If the skin you have downloaded is based on the Dark Skin make sure you have also downloaded the Official Dark Skin through the Workshop, also check the Workshop comments for the skin you downloaded in case their is a general problem with the skin. If the skin still doesn't work you can reset back to the default one by deleting the downloaded skin from the skins folder located inside your Saving Location (Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014 by default), then when you next load FM it should reset to the default skin.
