Suge
Do you let your Assistant Manager take control of friendlies?

count blake
Don't give a team talk in friendlies, I don't think they'll complain then.
rinso
i wouldnt worry about it, itll go away after a week or so, especially after friendlies...
Sky
The assman ai is the stupidest ever when it comes to giving teamtealks. I've tested this and their attributes play no effect at all ,they can have 20 in Man Handling and Motivating and be a world class coach but they will still give a "None" teamtalk when the team trashed the opponent, and thus the players get ticked off. Myrikal
Yeah it happens most of the time if you leave your assman in charge whilst you go on holiday. I guess they only way to avoid it is by not leaving him in charge.
TomHAVFC
What I do is for friendlies I just say "relax and enjoy". Then they can't possibly be unhappy with your teamtalks.
great_save
There should be an option of "tell the team of what you think of their performance beyond anger" - I found my team became complacent after a few "nice" team talks. Perhaps, it is better to say nothing at all.
