This tactic is personally tested with Barcalona though I am currently 1/3 way through a Bayern Munich play through and its going well. I played with Barca on my Mac so cant upload any pics so I have added a link here to my steam page. Some people have tested it out with Juve and Sao Paulo and having good success. 1st season with Barca won everything only lost 4 games and drew 5 in all competitions, 101 points in La Liga 2013/14, 133 goals scored 28 against. Its a plug and play tactic, same instructions home/away, if you get a player sent off just switch to counter and balance to see the game out otherwise no other adjustments are necessary. At least 60% possession most games, high scoring games as well where Defenders, Midfielders and Strikers get lots of goals. Just finished Bayern playthrough in second season. First season I was leaking goals so had to make some adjustments and the new tactic is on steam. I someone could add the new one to the forums here that would be great. Here is a photo of being asked in the press about passing success rate. Here we are talked about being the most 'proficient tackling outfit in the league' Won the league for the second time in the row Won every competition entered Champions league 3 times in a row (Pepe got one of them though) This tactic is based on my interpretation of the German world cup team. After watching them I noticed how once the wing backs got forward the only defenders seemed to be the 2 CBs and the DM who would drop back and help out in defence. Then 2 APs drop into the space to link up play with the defence and wingers. With this tactic all your players will get you goals, you will always be around 60% possession even if you lose (yes you will lose, I don't believe in god tactics anymore as this game is too complicated) and you players get good ratings.
