I'm investing heavily in youth for my team, and putting in a strong personal showing in the coninental cups but how can i improve it for everyone else? In the long term though if you produce many good youth players the ones that aren't good enough for your team should still be good enough to improve the other teams which will help them compete and hopefully earn more money to invest in their facilities.
