I have played as West Ham on the beta of FM15, I have got sacked because of bad results after the first few months every single time, ive started this career about 5-6 times. Im looking for a tactic which gets goals but also dont concede many. If anyone has any suggestions on what i should do to improve things at West Ham please post in this thread Ps.
