louissiscool Posted October 31, 2014 Share Posted October 31, 2014 Ok so i was offered an interview with as roma in the job interview they said to me we would expect you to qualify for the europa league. roll on a couple of days i get the job roma where tenth when i took over so not doing that well at all, i managed to turn it round for them and ended up 2nd and very nearly displaced napoli from 1st place and won the italian cup on the way my job security was very secure at the end of the season and rightfully so i had done very well as far as i was concerned get to part where the season officially ends and new fixtures and stuff come out my security is suddenly only stable is this a bug or have they just forgotten about what i did season before? However, half a very good season is still not enough to be more than secure, which is actually a decent level. Consistent year on year success only buys you so much security, let alone half a season.
