fujitsu Posted November 6, 2014 Share Posted November 6, 2014 Right, with the FM2015 we (the managers) are also assigned points that we reallocate to the different coaching categories at the start of the game (depending on reputation and coaching licence). My question is: are the points constant or they evolve in the course of the game. is there an option that we also improve (licence and reputation). The same question is valid for the coaches: to my impression their ratings are static and do not change. Is this correct or I simply did not notice this one in the previous versions of the game? oneronaldo Posted November 6, 2014 Share Posted November 6, 2014 Yes it does improve over time, and taking/upgrading your coaching badges helps to speed up that process. Reputation affects the man-management side more (ie how your squad sees you, the higher it is the likelier they are to respect you).
