seanykav Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 Hi, I have been using the Steam Workshop for some downloads, most notably the latest release from SI games. I have turned on Universal Access on my mac for Steam and when I try to click 'download add-ons directly from steam' the same error message keeps appearing. Requires Universal Access! I just turned off the universal access and the restarted Steam, turned on the universal access and the pop-up box stopped appearing and it allowed me to subscribe to stuff from Steam. USMNT10 Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 I had the same issue. The Universal access on my Mac was showing permission was already granted. It always has been. Had no issue on last years FM with the same Mac. But so what I did was un-grant Steam permission and then re-granted them permission (a restart sorta speak) and it is working just fine now.
