What training do people use?

Hi all,

Quick question about training. I've always left everything apart from match prep to my assistant, however we're a couple of weeks into the season and he's put general training and focus to: 'tactics - very low'.

Sounds ridiculous to me but what do you think?

Unless I'm trying to achieve something specific (or there's an off week with no games), I leave it on Balanced — Low most of the season, because I have intense individual training set for every player at my club.

If you have something similar, your assistant may be trying to compensate by leaving general very light in a packed schedule. Or else he's just lazy.
