Utilising your best players

Which explains the process of forming a tactic that's based around your better players, I was wondering how I'd go about creating one for 2 of my undoubtedly star players for Hereford in the Conference North. One being an attacking left winger the other a striker:

To be completely honest, I have a very generous wage budget at this level & have somehow attracted 2 very good players that are more than capable of winning games on their own. These have recently joined but I'm lying 8th so I'm going to see it out until the end of the season then hopefully start a new tactic.

My rest of my Hereford team contain good, quality players & I have a few other center midfielders that wouldn't look out of place in better leagues.
