rruss8 Posted November 27, 2014 Share Posted November 27, 2014 I keep having the issue of my coaches workloads being far to high, and the only way to remedy it seems to be putting multiple coaches on the same training category. this is a problem for me in my palace save however as were not allowed that many other backroom staff, and its really killing the quality of my training, can someone give advice please. eple Posted November 27, 2014 Share Posted November 27, 2014 If it's possible, try to have one or two coaches assigned to all or most categories in addition to one specialist in each. Seems to do the trick, but it does require a few coaches. I currently have 8 coaches + ass man and myself, and that has the workload down to light. It does help to have a streamlined squad though.
