I've had one scout scouting every region for over 5 years yet my knowledge is only 50 odd % Anyone know how to to improve this massively? Yeah, every player, every single one. That alright mate?" You're expecting one scout to cover tens of thousands of players across each region and somehow develop an encyclopaedic knowledge of each and every one. Doesn't exactly seem reasonable to me!
