You're only real choice is to send him out on loan to a foreign club where he can get an EU passport, Belgium, Germany or the Netherlands and then wait. What i miss in FMC, but i only had it in Scotland no w (maybe someone that manages in England can shed some light), is that the clubs don't seem to get affiliate clubs for work permits...
