Artin Posted January 2, 2015 Share Posted January 2, 2015 I wanted to sign him when I was managing City and he rejected my offer of 9 million per year (his agent wanted at least 9.2 million I learned after save/reloading). Turned him down of course. A week later he signed with a Russian team (can't remember the team but it's not Zenit) for 3.2 million per year. How do you go from rejecting my offer of 9M to play for the defending champs in the Premier League to accepting a 3M offer from an inferior league?
